What Information We Collect

Learner Drivers

We collect the following information from Learner Drivers when you create an account or book a lesson:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Pickup address
• Billing address (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Customer number
• Details of products or lessons you have purchased
• Any additional information you provide via forms, comments, or account settings

We share this information with your assigned Driving Instructor so they can deliver your driving lessons.

Driving Instructors

We collect the following information from Driving Instructors when you register with us:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Billing address (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Driver's Licence details
• Driving Instructor's Licence details
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) number
• Vehicle Registration Number

We share your name, email, and phone number with Learner Drivers so they can contact you for lesson scheduling.

How We Collect Information

We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment data is sent directly to Stripe — we only receive a confirmation that the transaction was successful. We never see your full card number.
